Insurance Information

We accept a variety of insurance plans to make accessing mental health services easier for you. We currently work with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare, Magellan, and United Medical Resources. Coverage details may vary depending on your specific plan. To confirm if your insurance is accepted and to understand your benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly or calling our office for assistance.

Private Pay Options

For those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or are not covered by our listed insurances, we offer private pay options. Paying privately allows for flexibility and often quicker scheduling. If you choose this option, please contact us to discuss the rates and payment arrangements.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    Contact our office with your insurance information and your main concern. You can reach us by clicking the Start Now button and filling out the contact form, calling our office directly at (760) 502-0302 or sending us an email at connect@solana-health.com
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare, Magellan, and United Medical Resources. Plan benefits vary in coverage, deductible, and out of pocket responsibility. Contact your insurance directly for details of your benefits or contact our office for assistance.
  • What if my insurance is not on your list?
    For private pay option we will provide you with an estimate of fees prior to scheduling your appointment. After your visit we can provided you with a super-bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
  • Do you prescribe medication?
    Yes. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will evaluate your need for medication or review you current medications. If medications are prescribed an electronic prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. In addition, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners provide brief supportive therapies at each visit.
  • Will my visit be telehealth or in office?
    Nurse Practitioners at Solana offer convenient and HIPPA compliant telehealth services.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Notify us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees and to allow us to offer the time slot to another patient.
  • What should I do if I am in crisis or need immediate help?
    Please contact 911 emergency services, the national suicide or crisis line 988, or go to the nearest emergency room. Our clinic is not equipped to handle emergencies, but we can assist with non-urgent mental health care and support.
